Dennis McGonagle is a distinguished artist and mural painter based in Whittier, California. He earned his Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Drawing & Oil Painting from California State University, Long Beach, and has developed a prolific career as both a painter and educator through his McGonagle Studio. McGonagle primarily works in oil painting and mural formats. His subjects often include cityscapes of Whittier, architectural and natural landscapes, and introspective portrayals of the environment, ranging from local urban settings to the moody green vistas of Ireland and wooded scenes from Pennsylvania.
