This show consists of the work created in our studio by students from the time they were in grade school to present , which for some is freshman year in college. It will also showcase work that students have gone on to do outside our studio. Corner Art Studio opened its doors in 2008. The goal was to provide a space where kids could create and learn about art while cultivating their expressive style. The studio’s motto has always been “a great place for kids” and it truly has been. Students have created wonderful work, grown in their artistic styles and built many lasting friendships. With a heavy heart the storefront studio closed in mid 2019, but the dream was not over. They built a small studio in their backyard and students were invited to continue. Given the small space, they no longer take new students but their current students continue to inspire them to keep their little private studio going. They hope you enjoy seeing the artwork of so many of the students who have entered their doors.
