We lost a dear friend, talented artist, intelligent, generous soul, and long time active volunteer in our Gallery, when Fred VanSuchtelen died in April of 2022.  His family, being true friends of the Whittier Art Gallery, carried on this legacy when they donated a large portion of his collection of clay and photography to the Gallery.  This collection will make up,
